Shine 879 joins UKRP across London, Essex, Norfolk & Suffolk

Shine 879 was one of the biggest FM pirate radio stations in London in the noughties, and helped pave the way to launch careers of some global music artists.

Broadcasting the very best in dance, underground and urban music, and bringing some of the biggest DJs, MCs and producers into the mainstream, many now famous artists have passed through the doors at Shine FM over the years.

Shine FM grew to become a pioneer in dance music in London, and pioneered online radio in the early 2000’s.  They now broadcast on DAB across Essex,  and are also available on UK Radio Portal to London and the home counties, and the Anglia East region.

Shine 879 is now available across the ITV London and Anglia (East) region.
