No, you can have up to 10 images, but technically, one is enough to launch the service.

So, for initial launch, if all images are not yet ready, services can still be launched, and additional images added later.

Given the nature of TV usage, we highly recommend making full use of all 10 images slots, to ensure there is movement and changes happening on-screen whilst the radio station is playing.
